The Chicago Sky may have to work through chemistry problems just two games into the 2025 season.<\/p>\n

During Thursday night’s game against the New York Liberty, All-Star forward Angel Reese failed to make a single shot despite being on the floor for 28 minutes. There was a moment where she refused to pass the ball to her teammates because she was hellbent on scoring in the paint.<\/p>\n

Once Reese missed her third attempt, Sky center Kamilla Cardoso walked away<\/a> from her teammates. Although she may have been getting a head-start on playing defense, it certainly came across as if she was fed up with Reese’s antics.<\/p>\n

After all, Reese could’ve kicked the ball out to any of her teammates. Instead, she kept forcing the issue against the Liberty’s ferocious defense.<\/p>\n

WNBA fans are convinced that Cardoso is done playing with Reese, albeit that hasn’t been said by any reliable sources.<\/p>\n

“It\u2019s the way Kamilla just walks away,” one fan wrote. “She want to get traded so bad. Sick of this.”<\/p>\n

“Kamilla Cardoso is SO tired of watching this [expletive],” another fan said.<\/p>\n

“Kamilla need to get out of Chicago asap. Go somewhere where she dominate the post area. Angel in the way,” a third fan commented.<\/p>\n

“Everyone been saying it. The team tries to play through the wrong player that it makes it miserable for everyone else. Good coaches \/ players don\u2019t force anything,” a social media user pointed out.<\/p>\n

The Sky are now 0-2 this season, with both losses coming in blowout fashion.<\/p>\n

Next up for the Sky is a showdown with the Los Angeles Sparks. Perhaps they’ll get in the win column this Sunday.<\/p>\n

For now though, Chicago has a few issues to work through, on and off the hardwood.<\/p>\n
