The Blazers said his status will be updated as appropriate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup _1teeyfa8 ls9zuh1\">Trail Blazers forward Kris Murray was evaluated after Monday night\u2019s game vs. the Utah Jazz and it has been determined that he has been diagnosed with a lumbar strain in his lower back. His status for return to play will be updated as appropriate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Murray missed the Blazers\u2019 previous two games with what was initially designated as low back soreness. In 34 games played this season, including 11 games as a starter, Murray has averaged 6.1 points, 4 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 25.7 minutes per night.
