\u201cWe\u2019re very separate people from them,\u201d she continued. \u201cI think everybody understands that, at this point, if you\u2019re looking at a wife of a professional athlete, they are standing on their own two feet, doing something for themselves. She continued, \u201cOnce I started finding other moms in the area, talking to more people, everyone seemed to be like, \u2018Can I use it? Can we try to work out together?\u2019 And it kind of launched in that way. In late August, I did my first workout class and it was just all the movements I was doing with physical therapy clients that presented the way I am. People really enjoyed it.\u201d<\/p>\n
