During a game between the Los Angeles Lakers<\/a> and Charlotte Hornets<\/a> on Thursday evening, fans watching on TV heard sharp criticism of Luka Don\u010di\u0107.<\/p>\n

Don\u010di\u0107 disagreed with a call from the officiating crew in Los Angeles of John Goble, Che Flores, and Jonathan Sterling. After a 3-point jumper from Miles Bridges, the Lakers superstar was called for a technical foul. Charlotte sent LaMelo Ball to the line, who sunk a free-throw to convert the four-point play.<\/p>\n

As the Los Angeles guard was showing his dismay about the call, however, Charlotte announcer Eric Collins called him out for his complaints.<\/p>\n

Collins called Don\u010di\u0107 a “whiner” for his reaction on the court against the Hornets.<\/p>\n

While he isn’t the first to criticize Don\u010di\u0107 for this trait, it was fascinating to hear the announcer hold so few punches during this call.<\/p>\n
