Buford followed Wembanyama.<\/p>\n<p>The Spurs have provided no updates on Wembanyama&#8217;s status.<\/p>\n<p>Wembanyama suffered a hyperextended knee on Dec. 31 in the fourth quarter against the New York Knicks in a similar play.
