It is also Brunson\u2019s third straight All-Star appearance. Two of the teams will be made up of American players, while the other team will be a World team.<\/p>\n<p>The top five vote-getters in each conference \u2014 regardless of position \u2014 were named starters.<\/p>\n<p>Karl-Anthony Towns was the next-highest Knick with the seventh-most votes in the East.
