(WYMT) &#8211; The North Laurel Jaguars came to Manchester and won both games against the Tigers in a doubleheader at Bobby Keith Gymnasium on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Girls<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Eddie Mahan\u2019s bunch improved to 13-5 on the year with a 74-55 win.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The loss dropped Clay County to 10-10 on the season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The Lady Jaguars were fueled by Mariella Claybrook. The junior had a game-high 33 points.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Maci White paced the Lady Tigers with 17 points.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">With the victory, North Laurel also swept the regular season series against Clay County and have not lost a matchup against the Lady Tigers since 2018.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The Lady Jags return to action on Tuesday, Jan. 27 at Rockcastle County for a 7:30 p.m. tip.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The Lady Tigers clash with Middlesboro for a 6:00 p.m. tip on Tuesday, Jan. 27.<\/p>\n<p>BOYS<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Nate Valentine\u2019s crew also came out victorious against Michael Jones\u2019 bunch, 67-55.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">As a result, the Jaguars won both regular season meetings against the Tigers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">North Laurel has won eight contests in a row and have not lost since the calendar has flipped to a new year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The Jaguars take on Boyle County on Tuesday, Jan. 27 at 7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Clay County squares off with Leslie County on Monday, Jan. 26.
