Steph Curry<\/a> and the Golden State Warriors<\/a> were supposed to be in action Saturday night against the Minnesota Timberwolves<\/a>. However, the NBA<\/a> decided to suspend the game and move it to Sunday. The decision was made amid growing unrest in Minneapolis<\/a> after a protester was shot and killed by a federal agent on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The Warriors and the Timberwolves are now going to play twice in two nights, with both teams also scheduled to face off on Monday. Curry was added to the injury report with a right knee injury and is now in danger of missing Sunday\u2019s game. Al Horford and De\u2019Anthony Melton have now been listed with injuries as well.<\/p>\n

Curry looked fine in the Warriors\u2019 last game. The former back-to-back MVP dropped 38 points<\/a> on 14-of-27 shooting, to go along with four rebounds, an assist and eight three-pointers in 34 minutes of action. It still wasn\u2019t enough, though, as Golden State suffered a 123-115 loss to Cooper Flagg<\/a> and the Dallas Mavericks<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Curry was not initially listed on the injury report for the Timberwolves game. However, after the game was postponed to Sunday, the four-time NBA champion point guard\u2019s status was downgraded to questionable due to right knee soreness.<\/p>\n

Along with the update on Curry, the Warriors also announced via the official injury report<\/a> that Horford (left toe injury management) and Melton (left knee injury management) are now both questionable to play as well. <\/p>\n

Horford and Melton both played against the Mavs. Their injuries do not seem serious, and it\u2019s possible that the Warriors are going to hold both veterans out on the front end of a back-to-back set.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, the fact that both players could potentially miss Sunday\u2019s game against Minnesota is a cause for concern for Golden State. Jimmy Butler<\/a> recently suffered a season-ending knee injury<\/a>, while Jonathan Kuminga<\/a> is now sidelined with a left knee injury<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Warriors could be severely shorthanded on Sunday if both Horford and Melton sit out, along with Curry.<\/p>\n

Golden State enters Sunday\u2019s contest against Minnesota on a two-game losing streak. The Warriors are in dire need of a win, which will be much more difficult to pull off if they\u2019re missing half of their lineup. <\/p>\n
