{"id":563248,"date":"2026-01-27T03:23:25","date_gmt":"2026-01-27T03:23:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nba\/563248\/"},"modified":"2026-01-27T03:23:25","modified_gmt":"2026-01-27T03:23:25","slug":"yanic-konan-niederhauser-named-to-nba-rising-stars-g-league-all-star-weekend-roster","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nba\/563248\/","title":{"rendered":"Yanic Konan Niederhauser Named To NBA Rising Stars G-League All-Star Weekend Roster"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nittany Lion star.<\/p>\n<p>Penn State\u2019s men\u2019s basketball\u2019s first-ever first-round pick, Yanic Konan Niederhauser, was invited to the NBA\u2019s All-Star weekend as part of the G-League roster for the 2026 Rising Stars Challenge.<\/p>\n<p>Konan Niederhauser was selected in last year\u2019s NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Clippers, with the <a href=\"https:\/\/onwardstate.com\/2025\/06\/25\/yanic-konan-niederhauser-drafted-no-x-overall-by-x\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/onwardstate.com\/2025\/06\/25\/yanic-konan-niederhauser-drafted-no-x-overall-by-x\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">30th overall pick<\/a>. Since being drafted, the 6\u201911\u201d center has garnered playing time in both the G-League and at the NBA level.<\/p>\n<p>Through eight games with the Clippers\u2019 G-League team, Konan Niederhauser has posted 14.5 points per game and 9.5 rebounds per game.
