{"id":564387,"date":"2026-01-27T16:57:13","date_gmt":"2026-01-27T16:57:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nba\/564387\/"},"modified":"2026-01-27T16:57:13","modified_gmt":"2026-01-27T16:57:13","slug":"3-grizzlies-to-compete-in-nba-all-star-weekend","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nba\/564387\/","title":{"rendered":"3 Grizzlies to compete in NBA All-Star Weekend"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text | article-text\">LOS ANGELES (WMC) &#8211; Three Memphis Grizzlies will compete in NBA\u2019s All-Star Weekend during the 2026 Castrol Rising Stars.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Cedric Coward, Jaylen Wells and Cam Spencer will take part in the mini-tournament featuring the game\u2019s best rookies and second-year players.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Coward, the 11th pick in the NBA Draft, has been among the best rookies, averaging 14 points per game with 6 rebounds and strong shooting percentages.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Wells has started 43 games for the Grizz this season after a standout rookie season in which he also appeared in the Rising Stars tournament.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Spencer has been a revelation for the Grizz, averaging 12 points per game while shooting a blistering 46% from three-point range.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Hall of Famers Carmelo Anthony, Vince Carter and Tracy McGrady will serve as honorary coaches for the mini-tournament.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The game is set for Friday, February 13 in Los Angeles.
