Possibly, but does Antetokounmpo want to play for Golden State? That’s another factor, as the Warriors, or any other team, would likely be hesitant to trade for the star forward without some sort of long-term commitment.

Antetokounmpo has two more years on his current contract, but the second year is a player option, meaning he could hit free agency in 2027 if a long-term deal isn’t signed before then.

If the answer to both of the above questions is yes, then there’s a world where Antetokounmpo and Green could possibly be teammates by this time next week. But, like the rest of us, Green will have to wait and see.

More NBA news:

If you’re looking for some inside information regarding a potential trade between the Golden State Warriors and Milwaukee…

[3775
7,103,102,121,3871,6
0":"post-571464","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-milwaukee-bucks","8":"tag-basketball","9":"tag-bucks","10":"tag-milwaukee","11":"tag-milwaukee-bucks","12":"tag-milwaukeebucks","13":"tag-nba
["GET
