I take full responsibility for my actions and apologize to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/nba\/team\/_\/name\/phi\/philadelphia-76ers\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sixers<\/a> organization, my teammates and the Philly fans for my poor decision making during this process.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">\u201cI am focused on using this time to make sure that my mind and body are in the best condition to help the team when I return.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Philadelphia will have 10 games left in their 2025-26 regular season when George is eligible to return. They currently carry a 26-21 record, good for sixth in the NBA\u2019s Eastern Conference.
