The\u00a0Oklahoma City Thunder<\/a>\u00a0will travel on the road to face the\u00a0Denver Nuggets<\/a>\u00a0on Sunday. This will be the first matchup of the season between the two squads.<\/p>\n

The Thunder (38-11) are in a funk. They dropped a\u00a0123-111 loss<\/a>\u00a0to the\u00a0Minnesota Timberwolves<\/a>\u00a0on Thursday. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 30 points and eight assists, but the rest of the team couldn’t do much.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Nuggets (33-16) rode momentum into their 122-109 win over the\u00a0LA Clippers<\/a>. After a month-long absence, Nikola Jokic returned. He finished with 31 points, 12 rebounds and five assists.<\/p>\n
