The latest rumors and reports on the Chicago Bulls trade deadline acquisitions and plans as the deadline looms closer. <\/p>\n

The Chicago Bulls have been the busiest team during the 2026 NBA trade deadline after helping facilitate multi-team deals, acquiring players, and moving on from veteran Nikola Vucevic. However, the Chicago Bulls still aren\u2019t done, as they now carry seven high-minute rotational guards on their roster. CHSN\u2019s K.C. Johnson reiterated<\/a> on Chicago\u2019s The Score that the front office is moving aggressively to overhaul the roster. As the February 5th trade deadline approaches, more and more rumors will likely climb out of the woodwork.<\/p>\n

Clock is Ticking for Coby White and\/or Ayo Dosunmu<\/p>\n

There\u2019s been a plethora of reports detailing the Bulls\u2019 situation of needing to deal either Coby White and\/or Ayo Dosunmu. ESPN\u2019s Shams Charania confirms the questioning of the guards\u2019 futures as the Bulls have now acquired three guards in Jaden Ivey, Minke Conley Jr., and Anfernee Simons. As of right now<\/a>, Dosunmu has more value on the open market, but the Bulls are much more interested in trading White. <\/p>\n

It\u2019s unclear how motivated the Bulls are to move White, as an NBA insider stated <\/a>the Bulls are listening to offers rather than actively shopping either player. <\/p>\n

Mike Conley Jr.\u2019s Future <\/p>\n

As expected, the Bulls and Mike Conley Jr. are looking to reroute the veteran guard via trade or buyout as the one-time All-Star is nearing the end of his career, according<\/a> to NBA insider Chris Haynes. <\/p>\n

Nikola Vucevic Trade Possibly Expanded<\/p>\n

ESPN insider Shams Charania may have announced the trade in principle, but the Bulls and Celtics have yet to finalize the deal. According<\/a> to Boston Globe insider Adam Himmelsbach, both teams are keeping the door open for minor tweaks to the trade. <\/p>\n

Jakob Poeltl on the Way?<\/p>\n

After the dust settled on the two Bulls trades, Clutch Points insider Brett Siegel tweeted<\/a> that the Bulls could take on Raptors center Jakob Poeltl to facilitate a Domantas Sabonis deal to the Toronto Raptors. With Poeltl\u2019s extensive deal, <\/a>one could speculate that the Bulls could expand the Vucevic trade and use Simons\u2019 expiring contract to help the trade go through. Sun-Times insider Joe Cowley did suggest<\/a> that Simons could be on the move. If the Poeltl deal were the case, the Bulls should expect substantial draft capital as compensation. <\/p>\n

Ayo Dosunmu-for-Bennedict Mathurin Swap<\/p>\n

Earlier today, Jake Fischer of the Stein Line reported <\/a>the Bulls could be interested in swapping guard Ayo Dosunmu for Indiana Pacer swingman Bennedict Mathurin. He then added it\u2019s unclear if there is anymore traction between the two teams after the Ivey and Simons acquisitions. <\/p>\n

Yves Missi on Bulls\u2019 Radar<\/p>\n

Clutch Points\u2019 Brett Siegel reported<\/a> the Bulls have shown a lot of interest in Yves Missi, but the asking price of a first-round pick might be too steep. The Bulls will likely remain resilient after trading away Nikola Vucevic for another guard in Simons. <\/p>\n

Coby White Possibly Headed to Houston<\/p>\n

In the same report<\/a>, Siegel also detailed the Houston Rockets\u2019 interest in Coby White. The Rockets are willing to part ways with Dorian Finney-Smith, but teams have shown more interest in Tari Eason. Considering the Bulls are log-jammed at the guard position, it is likely they are asking for Eason as well. At the moment, there aren\u2019t any true reports confirming the interest. <\/p>\n
