Anthony Davis<\/a> is on the move yet again.<\/p>\n

He was traded to the Washington Wizards<\/a> along with Jaden Hardy, D\u2019Angelo Russell and Dante Exum in exchange for Khris Middleton, AJ Johnson, Malaki Branham, Marvin Bagley III, two first-round and three second-round draft picks.<\/p>\n

The Mavericks opted to turn the page on Davis\u2019 time with the organization a little over a year after he arrived in Dallas as part of the seismic trade that sent Luka Doncic to the Lakers.<\/a><\/p>\n

Notable: Middleton is a 3-time NBA All-Star and won the 2021 NBA Championship as Milwaukee\u2019s second option behind Giannis Antetokounmpo.<\/p>\n

Position: Shooting guard<\/p>\n

Age: 21<\/p>\n

Hometown: Fresno, Calif.<\/p>\n

NBA experience: 2 seasons <\/p>\n

Notable: Johnson had committed to play for Texas out of high school before decommitting and playing one season with the Illawarra Hawks of Australia\u2019s National Basketball League.<\/p>\n

Malaki Branham<\/p>\n

Position: Shooting guard<\/p>\n

Age: 22<\/p>\n

Hometown: Columbus, Ohio<\/p>\n

College: Ohio State<\/p>\n

Height: 6-4<\/p>\n

NBA experience: 4 seasons<\/p>\n

Notable: Branham, who was originally drafted 20th overall by the San Antonio Spurs, played high school basketball at LeBron James\u2019 alma mater St. Vincent-St. Mary.<\/p>\n

Marvin Bagley III<\/p>\n

Position: Power forward\/Center<\/p>\n

Age: 26<\/p>\n

Hometown: Tempe, Ariz.<\/p>\n

College: Duke<\/p>\n

Height: 6-10<\/p>\n

NBA experience: 8 seasons<\/p>\n

Notable: Bagley was selected 2nd overall pick in the 2018 draft, just one spot ahead of Luka Doncic. He was on the 2018-19 All-Rookie Team while Doncic won Rookie of the Year honors.<\/p>\n

What draft picks did Dallas get in return?<\/p>\n

The Mavericks came away with five draft picks.<\/a> They notably added two first-rounders to their future batch. Dallas also reportedly received three second-round picks.<\/p>\n
