The Oklahoma City Thunder<\/a> have put the final touches on their post-trade deadline roster. They added Buddy Boeheim to a two-way deal on Friday. In a corresponding move, they waived Chris Youngblood to open up a spot.<\/p>\n

Boeheim has spent the last two years in OKC. He’s played in a couple of Summer League stints with them and has mostly been on the G League’s OKC Blue. He’s averaged 15.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.8 assists with the Blue this season.<\/p>\n

Boeheim spent two seasons with the Detroit Pistons<\/a> from 2022-24 on a two-way deal. He’s averaged 2.5 points in 20 career games in the NBA. The 26-year-old is the son of Syracuse legend Jim Boeheim.<\/p>\n

With Youngblood running out of games on his two-way deal, the Thunder needed to add a new name to it. He’s averaged two points in 32 games this season. Two-way players may be active for up to 50 NBA games. Boeheim joins Brooks Barnhizer and Branden Carlson as the other two players.<\/p>\n
