The Spurs organization is reenergizing its French fanbase with activations, a watch party and a chance to win a trip to the Alamo City. <\/p>\n

SAN ANTONIO \u2014 The San Antonio Spurs<\/a> are returning to Paris to celebrate the team with fans across the Atlantic Ocean.<\/p>\n

While the team itself won’t be traveling to France to play in regular-season action like last year, the organization announced it will return this month to host \u201cSpurs Week Paris,\u201d a special weeklong activation across the city offering a personal fan experience for their overseas supporters.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Set to unfold Feb. 26 to March 1, Spurs Week Paris will consist of community impact programming, exclusive retail and fan engagement opportunities, and more activations designed to enhance the cross-cultural exchange between Texas and France, as part of the organization\u2019s long-term commitment to growing the game of basketball globally.<\/p>\n

\u201cSpurs Week Paris was thoughtfully designed with French Spurs fans in mind, building upon the decades-long relationships the team has established in France and throughout Europe,\u201d RC Buford, CEO of Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E), said in a release. \u201cOur longstanding international history has given us the privilege of connecting with fans worldwide, and we\u2019re honored to be embraced and welcomed by communities across the globe.\u201d<\/p>\n

The players will not be attending, but that does not mean there won’t be fun for fans of the Silver & Black in Paris.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

From exclusive pop-up shops and basketball clinics in Le Chesnay (Victor Wembanyama’s home city) to a Spurs-Knicks watch party (to RSVP to receive the official event invitation, visit Spurs.com\/Paris<\/a>), there will be plenty of Spurs celebrations.<\/p>\n
