Eight games remain in the 2025-26 basketball regular-season<\/a> for Tennessee (16-7, 6-4 SEC). The Vols are unranked for a fifth straight week in the USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tennessee has four home and four away contests remaining in the regular season: at Mississippi State, LSU<\/a>, Oklahoma<\/a>, at Vanderbilt, at Missouri, Alabama<\/a>, at South Carolina and Vanderbilt.<\/p>\n

The SEC Tournament will be held March 11-15 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.<\/p>\n

Selection Sunday for the NCAA Tournament is scheduled for March 15, while the First Four will take place March 17-18 and the first round will be contested March 19-20. The Final Four is scheduled for April 4-6 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, USA TODAY Sports released updated bracketology<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tennessee is projected as a No. 5 seed in the NCAA Tournament and would face No. 12 seed South Florida at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina. The winner would advance to play either No. 4 seed North Carolina<\/a> or No. 13 seed Troy in the second round.<\/p>\n
