The 31-point margin highlights Miami’s dominance on both ends of the court, but the game’s most discussed moment that had the entire arena and Heat Fans in a fit occurred during the second quarter when three-time All-Star Bam Adebayo posterized his own teammate, second-year Kel’el Ware. After a missed midrange jumper by Davion Mitchell, Adebayo soared from the baseline to secure a one-handed dunk, while crashing mid-air into the 7-foot Ware, who was also in the position for the rebound. That friendly fire between the team’s veteran and young quickly went viral, prompting a humorous response from the Heat captain. Adebayo later quoted a video of the play on social media, writing, “Anybody got the photo? Ima put it in his locker lol.”

Bam Adebayo and Kel’el Ware’s statistical breakdown

Adebayo led the Heat with a match-high 22 points on 9-of-15 shooting from the field, along with 8 rebounds, 5 steals, and 3 assists in just 28 minutes of action. Kasparas Jakucionis also bolstered Miami’s offense, with 22 points, and a spot on a 6-for-6 performance from beyond the arc. Despite being on the receiving end of the game’s most embarrassing moment, Kel’el Ware also proved to be productive for Heat. He finished the game with a double-double, recording 19 points and 14 rebounds on 8-of-13 shooting from the floor. The Wizards, on the other hand, struggled to maintain pace after a competitive first quarter. They put up 33 points to the Heat’s 37 in the first, but then couldn’t carry the rhythm. By halftime, they were down by 52-74. Tristan Vukcevic led Washington in scoring with 14 points and 5 rebounds while going 5-of-11 from the field. Alex Sarr also contributed 12 points with 12 rebounds and 5 assists.

Heat’s dominance againstWizards

The Heat’s victory was built on consistent offensive efficiency and defensive pressure on the Washington Wizards. Miami forced Washington’s struggling offense to 19 turnovers, while shooting 47.1% from the field and 44.7% from deep, while restricting the Wizards to 41.9% from the field and 33.3 from three point line. The Heat also shot at an efficiency of 86.7% from FT, converting 13-of-15. With this win, the Miami Heat moves to a 28–26 record, strengthening their hold on the eighth seed position in the Eastern Conference. The Wizards are currently 14th in the East with a 14–38 record.

Bam Adebayo (Rafael Suanes-Imagn Images) The Miami Heat registered a dominant 132–101 victory over the Washington Wizards on…

[3778
79850,7,79853,35270,144,79852,981,295,189,79851,3881,6
0":"post-596630","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-miami-heat","8":"tag-bam-adebayo-dunk","9":"tag-basketball","10":"tag-dunk-highlights","11":"tag-eastern-conference-standings","12":"tag-heat","13":"tag-heat-vs-wizards-highlights","14":"tag-kelel-ware","15":"tag-miami","16":"tag-miami-heat","17":"tag-miami-heat-victory","18":"tag-miamiheat","19":"tag-nba
["GET
