McClung is unable to participate because of a right calf injury.<\/p>\n<p>Honorary coaches Carmelo Anthony (Team Melo), Vince Carter (Team Vince) and Tracy McGrady (Team T-Mac) previously drafted their teams from a pool of 21 NBA rookies and sophomores.
