Here is what\u2019s in store.<\/p>\n<p>Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Time and how to watch: 7 p.m. ET on ESPN<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">What it is: A roster of entertainers and some former basketball players play in an exhibition game. One notable exception this year: there are no WNBA players in the game. This is likely not an accident because of the WNBA\u2019s unresolved Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations with the WNBPA players union.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>Rising Stars Challenge<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Time and how to watch: 9 p.m. ET on Peacock.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">What it is: This is the tournament-style showcase featuring rookies and second-year players.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Wizards in the Rising Stars Challenge: Washington has two players on Team T-Mac: Tre Johnson, and Bub Carrington. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulletsforever.com\/washington-wizards-news\/68078\/bub-carrington-named-rising-stars-replacement\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Carrington replaced Alex Sarr;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Carrington replaced Alex Sarr<\/a>. And the Wizards will also have Kyshawn George on Team Vince.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">When will the Wizards play in the game? Team Vince will play Team T-Mac in the semifinals at approximately 9:55 p.m. ET.
