On Tuesday, five-star guard Dylan Mingo is set to make his decision as he will announce his commitment to a program. He will pick between North Carolina, Baylor, Penn State and Washington, doing so live with Stephen A. Smith on ESPN at 11:00 a.m. ET.

Mingo was reportedly set to commit in January but pushed it back. While rumors surfaced he could commit to a program at any time, he’s now set his decision for Tuesday.

The 6-foot-5, 190-pound combo guard is ranked No. 8 nationally, No. 3 combo guard and the No. 1 player in the state of New York per the 247Sports recruiting rankings.

As it stands right now, many believe the Tar Heels are the favorite to land him come Tuesday.
