Spike Lee couldn\u2019t make it to the New York Knicks\u2019s first games in this year\u2019s NBA Eastern Conference Finals because he was in western Europe. \u201cI can\u2019t split myself in half. But I\u2019m there spiritually,\u201d he told Vulture<\/a> at the Cannes Film Festival<\/a> during a spontaneous chat in which he also acknowledged that some people refer to him as \u201cthe Knicks pope.\u201d Now that he\u2019s back from France, his faith in his favorite team brought him to Indianapolis alongside fellow traveling Knicks superfans Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet and Ben Stiller on May 27. Ultimately, the Knicks lost, bringing the Indiana Pacers\u2019 lead up to 3-1. Here, all the stars who were spotted courtside at Game 4, including Pacers fan 50 Cent (who might not have been wearing a \u201cFree Diddy\u201d shirt to the game after all<\/a>).<\/p>\n

50 Cent\u00a0had the internet buzzing when posted<\/a> a photo that appeared to show him at tonight\u2019s game in a \u201cFree Diddy\u201d shirt. Complex<\/a> suggested that he was trolling with a fake image, given that he\u2019s wearing a different shirt in other pictures and has posted AI-generated pictures on his account before. Either way, it wasn\u2019t a compliment: 50 Cent has been a vocal critic of Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs, and has circulated<\/a> claims that people are being paid to wear shirts in support of the disgraced mogul.<\/p>\n
