Williams played at Tennessee from 2016-19. He was a two-time SEC Player of the Year, 2019 NCAA unanimous first team All-American and a two-time SEC Player of the Year.<\/p>\n
On May 17, 2019, Williams announced he would forgo his senior season and enter the NBA draft. He was selected by Boston in the first round of the\u00a02019 NBA draft<\/a>\u00a0(No. 22 overall).<\/p>\n Williams appeared in 104 games, including 101 starts, for the Vols.
