The Washington Wizards<\/a> are set to host the Utah Jazz on Thursday night. Is Trae Young<\/a> going to make his Wizards debut tonight?<\/p>\n

Young was traded from the Atlanta Hawks to the Wizards<\/a> before the 2026 deadline. He has yet to make his debut with Washington, however, as the All-Star guard has been dealing with a knee injury<\/a> that has held him out of action since late December.<\/p>\n

Trae Young\u2019s injury status vs. Jazz<\/p>\n

Trae Young is not listed<\/a> on the NBA injury report and is expected to make his Wizards debut tonight against the Jazz.<\/p>\n

The Wizards are hopeful that Young and Anthony Davis can lead the team to a postseason run next year. Although Davis is still out due to injury, the next few weeks of the 2025-26 season will give Young an opportunity to become comfortable with his new team.<\/p>\n

At 16-45 and in 13th place in the Eastern Conference standings, Washington is not going to compete this year. Nevertheless, the future is intriguing for the Wizards.<\/p>\n
