The Phoenix Suns<\/a> conclude a three-game homestand March 8 against the Charlotte Hornets at Mortgage Matchup Center.<\/p>\n

The Suns will be without Mark Williams, who will be re-evaluated in two-to-three weeks with a stress reaction in the third metatarsal of his left foot.<\/p>\n

“Since Day 1, we talked about him strengthening, him being in the weight room, him sacrificing court time,” Ott said. “Sacrificing a lot of things this summer to be stronger and play throughout the season and he’s had great health throughout the year.\u201d<\/p>\n

Williams played his first three NBA seasons with the Hornets. The 7-footer is averaging 11.6 points and 8.1 rebounds in a career-high 56 games in his first season in Phoenix.<\/p>\n

“He’s dealing with it like any professional athlete would when something you love is taken away,” Ott added. “It’s tough. It’s tough for our group. You absolutely feel for him because of all the work that he’s done to get to this point. All the things that he did to contribute to where we’re at today.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Suns then begin a six-game road trip March 10 versus the Milwaukee Bucks. They are 15-14 in away games this season.<\/p>\n

This will be Phoenix\u2019s first matchup this season against Milwaukee.<\/p>\n

The Suns will later host the Bucks on March 21. Phoenix traded Nigel Hayes-Davis to Milwaukee in a three-team deal before the Feb. 5 trade deadline.<\/p>\n

The Suns continue their road trip with a back-to-back starting March 12 versus the Indiana Pacers and ending March 13 against the Toronto Raptors.<\/p>\n

This is the first of two matchups against the Raptors, who return to Phoenix on March 22.<\/p>\n

The Suns are 1-0 versus the Pacers. Phoenix topped Indiana, 133-98, Nov. 13, at home.<\/p>\n

Devin Booker paced the Suns with 33 points and seven assists.<\/p>\n

The win improved Phoenix to 8-5 at the time.<\/p>\n
