NEW YORK — – Day’Ron Sharpe<\/a> matched a season high with 19 points, Ochai Agbaji<\/a> added 18 and the Brooklyn Nets<\/a> beat the injury-plagued Memphis Grizzlies<\/a> 126-115 on Monday night for their second straight victory.<\/p>\n

Nolan Traore<\/a> added 17 points for the Nets, who were coming off an improbable 107-105 win<\/a> at Eastern Conference-leading Detroit on Saturday night that snapped a 10-game skid.<\/p>\n

The Nets, who rested leading scorer Michael Porter Jr<\/a>., had six players score in double figures. The Grizzlies had only eight players available.<\/p>\n

Rayan Rupert<\/a> scored a career-high 20 points and Javon Small<\/a> added 19 for Memphis, which has lost four straight and 11 of 14.<\/p>\n

The Grizzlies were missing Ja Morant<\/a> (left elbow), Scotty Pippen Jr<\/a>. (right toe soreness), Santi Aldama<\/a> (knee), Ty Jerome<\/a> (calf), Cedrix Coward (right knee), newcomer Taj Gibson<\/a> (reconditioning), Taylor Hendricks<\/a> (right thumb soreness) and Brandon Clarke<\/a> (calf). Zach Edey<\/a> and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope<\/a> are out for the season.<\/p>\n

Brooklyn led by single digits throughout the third quarter before taking control early in the fourth. Traore made a 3-pointer that put the Nets ahead 101-90, and Agbaji followed with two buckets off feeds by Ziaire Williams<\/a> for a 15-point lead.<\/p>\n

Brooklyn had a 67-40 advantage in bench points.<\/p>\n

Earlier Monday, the Nets announced that Egor Demin<\/a> will miss the rest of the season with plantar fasciitis in his left foot. The 6-foot-8 rookie averaged 10.3 points in 52 games.<\/p>\n
