The Charlotte Hornets<\/a> and Sacramento Kings<\/a> had a pretty competitive game on Wednesday, which the former won 117-109. It was a strong performance from the Hornets<\/a>, especially since they were coming off a tough game against the Portland Trail Blazers<\/a> the night before.<\/p>\n

Four players scored 20+ points for the Hornets, and on the other side, DeRozan had 39 points to lead the Kings<\/a>. DeRozan impressed everyone, including Hornets forward Miles Bridges, who had a decent performance as well.<\/p>\n

DeRozan stands out during the Hornets’ victory against the Kings<\/p>\n

As one of the longest-tenured players in the NBA at the moment, DeMar DeRozan is a respected figure. He is one of the league’s best-ever scorers, but he is often not talked about like that. DeRozan does not have a championship to his name, but he has proven himself over the years.<\/p>\n

DeRozan is 36 now, but he continues to be a standout player for the Kings. He is scoring 18.1 points per game, which is quite impressive for a player at his age. He turned back the clock against the Hornets on Wednesday with his fantastic performance.<\/p>\n

“I learned a lot of moves from him, a lot of post moves, but I continue to study his game. It’s always fun playing against him, not when he’s beating us like that, but it’s always good to learn from one of the greats,” Bridges said after the Hornets beat the Kings<\/a>.<\/p>\n

DeRozan will continue to be a model for wing players around the league. At the moment, his mid-range game is a rarity, but plenty of players are learning moves from him. Bridges is among those players, but it will continue because people will keep developing and DeRozan’s game film will always be available.<\/p>\n
