Donovan Clingan had a big night. He finished with 21 points, 15 rebounds, and seven blocks.<\/p>\n
The Jazz wasted little time getting to work on Friday night as they exploded in the first to build a 33-15 lead. Utah led 38-22 with 2:18 to play in the first, but Portland responded with a 25-2 run that spanned into the second quarter to take a seven-point lead.<\/p>\n
The Trail Blazers led the rest of the way but the Jazz made it interesting. Utah used a 7-0 to cut the Portland advantage to just two with 2:01 in the third. <\/p>\n
The Jazz once again cut the Blazers lead to three with 8:16 to play but a Portland 13-5 run provided enough cushion to secure the victory. <\/p>\n
With the win, Portland (32-35) improved to 4-0 on the season against Utah.<\/p>\n
Turnovers once again a major problem for Portland. The Trail Blazers committed 24 turnovers leading to 38 points for the Jazz. Portland was -13 in points off turnovers.<\/p>\n
