\n Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo departed Sunday’s 134-123 victory against Indiana after an uncomfortable landing following a dunk in the third quarter. The two-time MVP finished with 31 points despite the injury scare and says he’s not overly concerned about the potential knee hyperextension.\n <\/p>\n

MILWAUKEE \u2014 Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo exited Sunday\u2019s contest against Indiana following an uncomfortable landing after completing a slam dunk during the final moments of the third quarter in the team\u2019s 134-123 win over the Pacers.<\/p>\n

The star forward stayed on the court momentarily and managed another dunk on Milwaukee\u2019s following offensive play. After getting fouled on the subsequent possession, he shot two free throws before making his way to the locker room.<\/p>\n

Antetokounmpo did not return for the remainder of the contest. The forward finished with an impressive stat line of 31 points, 14 rebounds and eight assists across 30 minutes of action.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy guess is he hyperextended his knee, but I\u2019m guessing,\u201d Bucks coach Doc Rivers said.<\/p>\n

The Greek star indicated he wasn\u2019t considering medical imaging at this time. The two-time Most Valuable Player explained he felt capable of continuing to play but decided to heed the guidance of Milwaukee\u2019s medical personnel.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m just going to go back home, sleep, see how I feel tomorrow, try to lift some weights,\u201d Antetokounmpo said. \u201cIf I have a little bit of discomfort, then I\u2019ll go from there. As of now, I\u2019m not really bothered.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 31-year-old forward has been sidelined for a career-high 31 contests this season. He has endured two lengthy periods away from the court due to right calf muscle strains. Antetokounmpo was also held out of Milwaukee\u2019s 122-99 defeat in Atlanta on Saturday due to a sprained left ankle.<\/p>\n
