Void\u00a0outside the\u00a0NBC Sports Bay Area Geographic Viewing Area\u00a0(defined below) and\u00a0where prohibited.\u00a0The\u00a0Warriors\u00a0Game\u00a0Instagram Sweepstakes\u00a0(3\/27\/26)\u00a0(\u201cSweepstakes\u201d) will begin on\u00a0March\u00a016,\u00a02026\u00a0at\u00a012:00 P.M.\u00a0PT\u00a0and end on\u00a0March 18,\u00a02026\u00a0at\u00a012:00 P.M.\u00a0PT\u00a0(\u201cSweepstakes Period\u201d). WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:\u00a0On or about\u00a0March 18, 2026,\u00a0one\u00a0(1)\u00a0potential winner (\u201cWinner\u201d)\u00a0will be selected in a random drawing by representatives of\u00a0Sponsors\u00a0from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.\u00a0\u00a0Sponsors\u00a0will make two (2) attempts to notify potential\u00a0Winner\u00a0via direct message to the Instagram account\u00a0submitted\u00a0at\u00a0time\u00a0of Entry.\u00a0Sponsors\u00a0may share potential Winner\u2019s name and contact information with Sweepstakes Entities\u00a0and\/or\u00a0any prize supplier, as applicable, if necessary.\u00a0Potential Winner(s)\u00a0may be\u00a0required\u00a0to execute and return\u00a0an affidavit\u00a0of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release (collectively, \u201cSweepstakes Documents\u201d) within\u00a0one (1) day\u00a0of such notification. Prize will consist of the following:\u00a0two (2) tickets for Winner and one (1) guest to the\u00a0Washington Wizards\u00a0vs. Golden State Warriors basketball game scheduled to take place on\u00a0March 27,\u00a02026\u00a0at 7:00 P.M. PT at Chase Center located at 1 Warriors Way, San Francisco, CA 94158 (\u201cEvent\u201d).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

If\u00a0Winner\u00a0chooses to\u00a0attend the Event\u00a0with fewer than\u00a0one (1), or no, Guest, the remaining elements of Prize shall\u00a0constitute\u00a0full satisfaction of\u00a0Sponsors’\u00a0Prize obligation to\u00a0Winner\u00a0and no\u00a0additional\u00a0compensation will be awarded.\u00a0Guest(s), if any, may be\u00a0required\u00a0to execute and return releases of liability and,\u00a0where\u00a0legal, publicity releases (collectively, \u201cGuest Documents\u201d), which must be returned with the Sweepstakes Documents, or Guest\u00a0portion\u00a0of the Prize will be\u00a0forfeited.\u00a0If Guest is a minor, Winner must be such\u00a0minor\u2019s\u00a0parent or legal guardian and must execute and return the Guest Documents on minor\u2019s behalf.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Estimated Retail Value (\u201cERV\u201d) of\u00a0Prize\u00a0is\u00a0five hundred thirty-five\u00a0dollars ($535).\u00a0\u00a0Actual Retail Value (\u201cARV\u201d) of Prize may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be\u00a0awarded.\u00a0<\/p>\n

All details of\u00a0Prize\u00a0will be\u00a0determined\u00a0in\u00a0Sponsors’\u00a0sole discretion.\u00a0Sponsors\u00a0reserve\u00a0the right to substitute Prize (or\u00a0portion\u00a0thereof) with a similar prize (or prize element) of comparable or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and\/or use of Prize are the sole responsibility of\u00a0Winner. Prize cannot be transferred by Winner or redeemed for cash and is valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Prize by Winner. If Prize is unclaimed within a reasonable time after notification from\u00a0Sponsors, as\u00a0determined\u00a0in\u00a0Sponsors’\u00a0sole discretion, it\u00a0will be\u00a0forfeited, and time\u00a0permitting,\u00a0an alternate Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries at\u00a0Sponsors’\u00a0sole discretion.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Winner must be able to attend Event on\u00a0March 27, 2026, or Prize will be\u00a0forfeited.\u00a0Sponsors\u00a0shall have no responsibility or liability for\u00a0cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Prize due to reasons beyond\u00a0Sponsors’\u00a0control and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred\u00a0as a consequence\u00a0thereof.\u00a0Date and\/or time of Event is subject to change.\u00a0Event is\u00a0subject to cancellation.\u00a0Winner\u00a0and Guest\u00a0must\u00a0comply with\u00a0all applicable venue rules and regulations in connection with Prize.\u00a0<\/p>\n

CONDITIONS:\u00a0By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees for entrant and for entrant\u2019s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities, Instagram,\u00a0the NBA Entities,\u00a0and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, \u201cReleased Parties\u201d) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant\u2019s participation in the Sweepstakes and\/or entrant\u2019s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of Prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto);\u00a0(b) to\u00a0indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes\u00a0and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by prize supplier\u00a0that are sent along with Prize; (c) if selected as a Winner, to the posting of such entrant\u2019s name\u00a0and\/or Instagram username,\u00a0on the\u00a0Website\u00a0and the use by Released Parties of such name,\u00a0Instagram username,\u00a0city, state, likeness, image, and\/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (d) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by\u00a0all decisions of the\u00a0Sponsors, which are binding and final.\u00a0Failure to\u00a0comply with\u00a0these conditions may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes at\u00a0Sponsors\u00a0sole discretion.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to\u00a0entrants\u2019\u00a0or to any other person\u2019s computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Sweepstakes.
