Despite the snarky X post below because of Brigham Young University\u2019s loss to Texas last night, AJ Dybantsa wasn\u2019t the top choice by a landslide. He only had 24 percent of the votes. Darryn Peterson (Kansas) had 22 percent and Cameron Boozer (Duke) was third with 20 percent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">You can watch Peterson and the Kansas Jayhawks play the California Baptist Lancers at approximately 9:45 p.m. ET tonight where they are playing at Viejas Arena in San Diego. Boozer and the Duke Blue Devils had a scare last night at Greenville where they could\u2019ve ended up like the Virginia Cavaliers in 2018, being a rare No. 1 seed to lose to a No. 16 seed. But <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dukebasketballreport.com\/main\/88077\/duke-survives-siena-in-the-first-round-of-the-2026-ncaa-tournament-71-65\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">they won 71-65<\/a>.
