That\u2019s the word out of Detroit following the depressing news that Cunningham punctured a lung when he took a knee to his side Tuesday from Washington\u2019s Tre Johnson while chasing a loose ball.<\/p>\n<p>The timeline of Cunningham\u2019s recovery, as reported by ESPN, looks like this:<\/p>\n<p>One week of no activity to allow the punctured lung to heal.<\/p>\n<p>One week of non-contact activity for conditioning purposes.<\/p>\n<p>One week of contact training before hopefully returning for Game 1 of the playoffs.<\/p>\n<p>There are obviously too many variables set in stone for Cunningham\u2019s return date.
