Oklahoma City’s Jaylin Williams received a $50,000 fine, while two other players received lesser fines.

The following has been released by the NBA pic.twitter.com/AfmZf9Tyvl

— NBA Communications (@NBAPR) March 22, 2026

Saturday’s fight started when Williams and Champagnie started jawing with each other. Champagnie made it physical, while Mitchell was the Thunder player most involved in trying to fight back (video here).

Both Champagnie and Mitchell are role players for their respective teams, so it should not impact them too much. The Wizards might not even hate this outcome since they have nothing to gain by winning games at this point of their season.

Mitchell is averaging 14.2 points in 26.2 minutes per game for the Thunder this season. Champagnie is averaging 8.3 points and 5.5 rebounds in 19.4 minutes per night.

The NBA has issued a set of suspensions for Saturday’s brawl between the Washington Wizards and Oklahoma City…

[3783
5577,7,10683,6,310,475,179,3966,3965,312
post-673192","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-oklahoma-city-thunder","tag-ajay-mitchell","tag-basketball","tag-justin-champagnie","tag-nba","tag-oklahoma","tag-oklahoma-city","tag-oklahoma-city-thunder","tag-oklahomacity","tag-oklahomacitythunder","tag-thunder
["GET
