New York enters Sunday\u2019s game with a 46-25 record after defeating the Brooklyn Nets<\/a> on the road on Friday night.<\/p>\n

In Friday\u2019s victory over the Nets, Karl-Anthony Towns<\/a> led the way for the Knicks as he recorded 26 points and 15 rebounds while Jalen Brunson<\/a> added 17 points, five rebounds and eight assists of his own.<\/p>\n

Now New York will try to grab another victory at home on Sunday as they face off against a struggling Wizards team.<\/p>\n

On the other side, Washington enters Sunday\u2019s contest with a 16-54 record after losing at home to the Oklahoma City Thunder<\/a> on Saturday night.<\/p>\n

Bilal Coulibaly led the way for the Wizards in Saturday\u2019s loss as he ended the game with 21 points, four rebounds and four assists while Bub Carrington recorded 19 points, three rebounds and three assists.<\/p>\n

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Sunday night\u2019s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.<\/p>\n

Wizards Injury Report: Will Trae Young, Alex Sarr Play?<\/p>\n

For the Wizards, they have eight players listed on their injury report, including both Trae Young<\/a> and Alex Sarr.<\/p>\n

Washington has ruled out Young due to low back pain and a right quad contusion as he will miss his fourth consecutive contest and there is no timetable for his return.<\/p>\n

With Young still sidelined, Carrington and Sharife Cooper could both continue to have larger roles.<\/p>\n

The Wizards have also ruled out Sarr due to left big toe capsulitis as they will elect to sit him on the second night of their back-to-back.<\/p>\n

Tre Johnson has also been ruled out due to a right foot sprain while Kyshawn George, Anthony Davis<\/a> and Leaky Black all remain sidelined while recovering from injuries.<\/p>\n

Cam Whitmore has also been ruled out as he is set to miss the remainder of the season while D’Angelo Russell remains away from the team.<\/p>\n

On the other side, the Knicks have three players listed on their injury report, including both Josh Hart and Landry Shamet.<\/p>\n

New York has listed Hart as questionable due to a right knee injury and he is in danger of missing his second consecutive contest.<\/p>\n

If Hart is sidelined once again, Jordan Clarkson and Mohamed Diawara could both be in line for increased roles.<\/p>\n

The Knicks have ruled out Shamet due to right knee soreness that caused him to exit Friday\u2019s victory in the third quarter while Miles McBride remains sidelined while recovering from core muscle surgery.<\/p>\n
