The Houston Rockets have struggled to put together a functional NBA offense lately, but that may not matter tonight against a Chicago Bulls team heading for the draft lottery.<\/p>\n

While Houston is just 6-5 this month, Chicago has lost five of its last seven contests, and my Rockets vs. Bulls predictions expect the visitors to do enough defensively to land a big road win.<\/p>\n
