He has been diagnosed with a mild midfoot sprain. Clifford will exit the lineup on Tuesday against the Charlotte Hornets, leaving the Kings without yet another starter. With him unavailable, <a class=\"rbPlayer nba\" data-id=\"20001833\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rotoballer.com\/nba\/player\/20001833\/Malik+Monk\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Malik  Monk<\/a> and <a class=\"rbPlayer nba\" data-id=\"20003196\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rotoballer.com\/nba\/player\/20003196\/Devin+Carter\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Devin  Carter<\/a> are poised for bigger roles in the backcourt. <a class=\"rbPlayer nba\" data-id=\"20003011\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rotoballer.com\/nba\/player\/20003011\/Daeqwon+Plowden\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Daeqwon  Plowden<\/a> (foot) will also help cover for Clifford&#8217;s absence.
