The Lakers faced little adversity in their previous encounter versus the Pacers as they found themselves leading by as many as 15 points before cruising to a 128-117 blowout win. Slovenian superstar Luka Doncic led the offensive attack last time with 44 points and from the looks of it, he should once again be in line for another big performance in this matchup. For context, Doncic has been averaging 35.1 points on 48.7% shooting from the field since the All-Star break.<\/p>\n

Other than the Doncic offensive explosion, I am also backing LeBron James to record at least seven assists this game. With the Pacers defense likely keying on Doncic\u2019s scoring, James should have more opportunities to find open teammates on the perimeter and in the paint and that could spell the difference here.<\/p>\n

While the Pacers starters have gone toe-to-toe with the league\u2019s best, the same cannot be said for their bench unit which is among the worst in the entire NBA as far as bench scoring is concerned.
