UConn men\u2019s basketball is back in the Elite Eight for the third time in the last four seasons. The 2-seed Huskies took down 3-seed Michigan State in Washington D.C., leading by as much as 19 but holding on for a 67-63 victory.<\/p>\n
Top overall seed Duke awaits UConn on Sunday evening, with the Blue Devils and Huskies facing off at 5:05 p.m. on CBS. For the first time all tournament, UConn is an underdog per FanDuel<\/a>, with the Huskies giving 5.5 points to Duke. Moneyline odds for a Blue Devils win are -210, while the over\/under is set at 134.5.<\/p>\n While Duke is the top overall seed in this year\u2019s tournament, they have struggled to play like it. The Blue Devils avoided a late scare by 16-seed Siena and then beat 9-seed TCU by the skin of their teeth.<\/p>\n Rick Pitino and St. John\u2019s gave Duke all they could handle Friday night, but the Blue Devils\u2019 size and skill eventually won out. The ensuing result is a high-octane Elite Eight matchup between two legendary programs and two of the top coaches in the sport with a Final Four berth on the line.<\/p>\n Following the Michigan State win, UConn\u2019s odds per FanDuel for a seventh national title are now down to +1100, the fifth-best amongst the remaining eight teams.
