{"id":688756,"date":"2026-03-30T21:32:15","date_gmt":"2026-03-30T21:32:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nba\/688756\/"},"modified":"2026-03-30T21:32:15","modified_gmt":"2026-03-30T21:32:15","slug":"raptors-immanuel-quickly-remains-out-tuesday-vs-pistons","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nba\/688756\/","title":{"rendered":"Raptors&#8217; Immanuel Quickly remains out Tuesday vs. Pistons"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportsnet.ca\/basketball\/nba\/teams\/toronto-raptors\/\" class=\"sn-team-post-link\" target=\"_self\" data-team=\"toronto-raptors\" data-league=\"nba\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Toronto Raptors<\/a> guard <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportsnet.ca\/basketball\/nba\/players\/immanuel-quickley\/cb0b5991-53e4-4dce-bf95-215fd6ecf728\" class=\"sn-player-post-link\" target=\"_self\" data-player=\"cb0b5991-53e4-4dce-bf95-215fd6ecf728\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Immanuel Quickley<\/a> will miss his fifth consecutive game with a nagging bout of plantar fasciitis in his right foot when Toronto takes on the Detroit Pistons Tuesday, the team <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Raptors_PR\/status\/2038714407291896047\" rel=\"nofollow\">announced<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Sharpshooting forward Jamison Battle, who didn&#8217;t travel with the team to Detroit, will also miss Tuesday&#8217;s game.<\/p>\n<p>Trayce Jackson-Davis and Chucky Hepburn will be with Raptors 905 as they begin the G League playoffs Tuesday against the Motor City Cruise.<\/p>\n<p>However, AJ Lawson and Alijah Martin, key players during the 905&#8217;s season, aren&#8217;t listed on the Raptors&#8217; injury report, meaning they currently aren&#8217;t with the 905 for the playoffs.<\/p>\n<p>Brandon Ingram (heel inflammation) and Collin Murray-Boyles (back spasms) are listed as questionable for Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>RJ Barrett (shoulder stiffness) is &#8220;probable.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Quickley will miss his fifth consecutive game with the lingering foot injury that&#8217;s plagued him of late, despite head coach Darko Rajakovic saying the PG will be &#8220;available&#8221; through the closing stretch of the season.<\/p>\n<p>Quickley has averaged 16.9 points, 4.1 rebounds and 6.0 assists through 67 appearances this season. He also leads the Raptors with his 2.6 three-point makes per game, converting triples at a 37.4 per cent clip.<\/p>\n<p>Battle leads the Raptors in three-point percentage, shooting 42.2 per cent from the deep through 55 games played in his second NBA season.<\/p>\n<p>As for Murray-Boyles, the rookie had recently returned from a lingering thumb injury that had forced him to sit out 11 consecutive games. He had played three straight since his return against the Utah Jazz, but left Friday&#8217;s contest after just 12 minutes of action due to back spasms and did not return. He didn&#8217;t play Sunday in Toronto&#8217;s historic win over the Orlando Magic.<\/p>\n<p>The 22-year-old has averaged 7.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.0 blocks through 50 games this season.<\/p>\n<p>Ingram also missed Sunday&#8217;s game. The two-time all-star leads Toronto in scoring this season, averaging 21.4 points, 5.6 rebounds and 3.7 assists through 70 appearances.<\/p>\n<p>After missing much of the first half of the season, Barrett&#8217;s been reliably in the lineup, playing in 26 of the Raptors&#8217; last 27 games.
