{"id":690364,"date":"2026-03-31T18:39:32","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T18:39:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nba\/690364\/"},"modified":"2026-03-31T18:39:32","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T18:39:32","slug":"edwards-like-a-kid-in-a-candy-store-on-delayed-minnesota-return","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nba\/690364\/","title":{"rendered":"Edwards &#8216;like a kid in a candy store&#8217; on delayed Minnesota return"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Anthony Edwards felt like &#8220;a kid in a candy store&#8221; upon his return after six games out injured, having helped the Minnesota Timberwolves defeat the Dallas Mavericks 124-94.<\/p>\n<p>Having spent time on the sidelines due to a right knee issue, Edwards scored 17 points in 23 minutes on the court on Monday as Minnesota improved to 49-29 for the season.<\/p>\n<p>Julius Randle led the way with 24 points for the Timberwolves, who also got 18 points from Ayo Dosunmu, 15 from Donte DiVincenzo and 14 from Rudy Gobert.<\/p>\n<p>Asked how it felt to be back, Edwards said: &#8220;Like a kid in a candy store!
