The Philadelphia 76ers<\/a> are on the road on Wednesday night as they travel to take on the Washington Wizards<\/a> in an Eastern Conference matchup.<\/p>\n

Philadelphia enters Wednesday\u2019s contest with a 41-34 record after losing on the road to the Miami Heat<\/a> on Monday night.<\/p>\n

Joel Embiid<\/a> led the way for the 76ers in Monday\u2019s loss as he ended the game with 26 points, seven rebounds and three assists while Tyrese Maxey<\/a> recorded 23 points, seven rebounds and nine assists. <\/p>\n

Now Philadelphia will try to bounce back on the road on Wednesday as they face off against a struggling Wizards team.<\/p>\n

On the other side, Washington enters Wednesday\u2019s game with a 17-58 record after losing on the road to the Los Angeles Lakers<\/a> on Monday night.<\/p>\n

In Monday\u2019s loss to the Lakers, Will Riley<\/a> led the way for the Wizards as he recorded 20 points, two rebounds and two assists while Justin Champagnie added 18 points, four rebounds and two assists of his own. <\/p>\n

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Wednesday night\u2019s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.<\/p>\n

76ers Injury Report: Will Joel Embiid<\/a> Play? <\/p>\n

For the 76ers, they have only one player listed on their injury report as they have ruled out Embiid.<\/p>\n

With Embiid sidelined, Adem Bona<\/a> and Andre Drummond<\/a> could both be in line for increased roles.<\/p>\n

Wizards Injury Report: Will Alex Sarr<\/a>, Trae Young Play? <\/p>\n

On the other side, the Wizards have eight players listed on their injury report, including both Alex Sarr and Trae Young<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Washington has listed Sarr as questionable due to left big toe capsulitis and he is in danger of missing his third consecutive contest.<\/p>\n

The Wizards have also listed Bilal Coulibaly<\/a> as questionable due to right retrocalcaneal bursitis while Tre Johnson is questionable with a right foot sprain. <\/p>\n

Young has been ruled out due to low back pain and a right quad contusion as he will miss his ninth straight game while both Anthony Davis<\/a> and Kyshawn George<\/a> remain sidelined while recovering from injuries. <\/p>\n

Cam Whitmore<\/a> has also been ruled out as he is set to miss the remainder of the season due to a blood clot in his right shoulder while D\u2019Angelo Russell<\/a> remains away from the team.<\/p>\n
