The Charlotte Hornets<\/a> have quietly won seven of their last 10, and this team is starting to click.<\/p>\n

LaMelo Ball, Brandon Miller, and Kon Knueppel are all producing offensively at a high level, but what’s really turned things around is this Hornets defense.<\/p>\n

Charlotte is Top 6 in defensive net rating over the last 10 games, and they do one thing better than anyone right now, and that\u2019s keeping teams off the free-throw line.<\/p>\n

That matters in this matchup because the Phoenix Suns<\/a> love easy points at the stripe. Charlotte also defends the three well, ranking fourth in opponent 3-point shooting percentage in their last 10, which is another problem for a Suns team dependent on knocking down a ton of threes every night.\u00a0<\/p>\n
