The investigation still continues around the alleged salary cap circumvention of the Clippers regarding Leonard.<\/p>\n

The NBA still has no clear timeline for announcing the conclusion of the ongoing investigation surrounding Kawhi Leonard and the Los Angeles Clippers.<\/p>\n

\t\tLos Angeles Clippers \/ Schedule<\/p>\n

“Wachtell’s investigation is ongoing,” an NBA spokesperson told Baxter Holmes of ESPN<\/a>. “There is more work to be done and no set timeline.”<\/p>\n

ESPN has recently reviewed Leonard\u2019s 19-page contract with Aspiration and shared key sections with five player agents and an NBPA source familiar with endorsement deals. The general consensus was that the agreement was mostly standard.<\/p>\n

The NBA has hired law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and attorney David Anders to take a look at the alleged $28 million no-show deal that was signed by Leonard with the now-bankrupt company.<\/p>\n

Pablo Torre was the first one to bring up this scandal around Leonard, Steve Ballmer and his Clippers organization.<\/p>\n
