The Lakers will likely be without their top-two scorers to start the NBA playoffs.<\/p>\n

Austin Reaves has been diagnosed with an oblique injury that will leave him sidelined for four to six weeks, ESPN NBA insider Shams Charania wrote on social media<\/a> Saturday. Reaves hurt his left oblique during the Lakers\u2019 139-96 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder<\/a> Thursday.<\/p>\n

Reaves is averaging 23.3 points<\/a>, 5.5 assists and 4.7 rebounds in 51 games with the Lakers this season.<\/p>\n

Lakers guard Luka Doncic, the NBA\u2019s top scorer this season, will also miss the rest of the regular season due to a left hamstring strain, the team announced Friday<\/a>. Doncic was also injured in Thursday\u2019s blowout loss to the Thunder.<\/p>\n

There is no set date for when Reaves or Doncic could return. The Lakers\u2019 regular-season finale is at home against the Utah Jazz on April 12. The NBA playoffs start April 18. The Lakers are currently ranked third in the Western Conference.<\/p>\n
