(KPTV) \u2014 The Portland Trail Blazers introduced members of their new ownership group at the Moda Center on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Tom Dundon and members of his Rip City Rising collective met with the media for the first time Thursday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Texas billionaire Dundon and his multi-family ownership group includes Portland-based investor Sheel Tyle and Panda Express co-founder Andrew Cherng.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">They are paying $4.25 billion dollars for the franchise and Rip City Management, the operating wing of Moda Center and the Rose Quarter campus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2026 KPTV-KPDX.
