Neither team has submitted their injury report yet.

The Cavaliers are 15.5-point favorites on DraftKings Sportsbook with the total for this game set at 234.5 points.

Grizzlies vs. Cavaliers prediction, preview

Cleveland walks into this one with some urgency, given they’re one game behind the Knicks for the third seed in the East. And you know they’d love to overtake New York in these last few games of the season. They’re 49-29 after beating Indiana and Golden State in back-to-back games, and their season profile is strong. Cleveland is scoring 119.3 PPG, allowing 115.1, and putting up 44.3 RPG and 28.3 APG. The Cavs have been a very competent offense this season, clocking in at sixth in OFFRTG at 118.1. The roster fit is still pretty clean. Donovan Mitchell remains the main scorer, while newly acquired point guard James Harden has given them a real organizing force in the backcourt. He’s lived up to his reputation in elevating big men as well, because when Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen are both available, Cleveland can lean on size and interior control because Harden is so adept at enabling his centers. That showed up recently in Utah, where Mobley scored 34 (Mitchell added 34 of his own) and Cleveland won the paint battle 82-40.

Memphis is in shambles – and not just because LeBron James recently said he didn’t like being there. The Grizzlies are 25-53, have lost four straight, and are allowing 119.7 PPG. The broader trend is even rougher: Sunday’s loss in Milwaukee dropped Memphis to an astounding 17 losses in its last 19 games. The current roster context explains a lot of that. Memphis’ current stat leaders are Cedric Coward in points and rebounds and Cam Spencer in assists. This has become a team surviving on scraps and developmental minutes. There are still flashes of strong individual play; Rayan Rupert just posted a 33 point triple double in their loss to Milwaukee, but this Grizzlies team is bereft of talent and depth. They are leaking too much defensively as well, with this team clocking in at 25th in opponent APG at 28.0 and 28th in opponent rebounds at 55.3.

Grizzlies vs. Cavaliers pick, best Bet

Best Bet: CLE Cavaliers -13.5 (-105)

Cleveland has the better structure, top end talent, and something to play for. They have an easy path to consistent offense while being average defensively. Even if Mobley and Allen fail to suit up, the Cavs are just far enough ahead that this shouldn’t be a sweat tonight.

Bill Yin breaks down his prediction and pick for tonight’s game between the Memphis Grizzlies and Cleveland Cavaliers.…

[3795
7,294,293,177,4070,6
0":"post-701871","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-memphis-grizzlies","8":"tag-basketball","9":"tag-grizzlies","10":"tag-memphis","11":"tag-memphis-grizzlies","12":"tag-memphisgrizzlies","13":"tag-nba
["GET
