40 points, 13 assists, eight rebounds, zero turnovers, and he hit what I thought was one of the best shots of the decade, where he had the, the somber shuffle, fade away jumper over Wemby’s outreached eight-foot wingspan.<\/p>\n

I just, I screamed.<\/p>\n

I, I just- I, I was so excited.<\/p>\n

That was one of the best shots of the whole decade.<\/p>\n

It, it was, it was unbelievable, and the way he releases it so far back, too.<\/p>\n

It’s like he’s the only person on planet Earth that could’ve gotten that over Wemby.<\/p>\n

I felt like that Nuggets-Spurs game was, in a way, Jokic saying, “Hey, don’t forget about me- in this best player in the world discussion.<\/p>\n

‘Cause he, he was just It was just vintage Jokic.<\/p>\n

Not vintage Jokic, it’s current Jokic too, but he- I just The, the game was really just a reminder of who he is and what he’s capable of doing.<\/p>\n

And for all the talk about the Thunder and the Spurs being the teams in the Western Conference, now that Aaron Gordon also had a really good game defending Victor Wembanyama down the stretch when Wemby seemed a little bit fatigued- Mm-hmm Gordon was excellent.<\/p>\n

You can’t rule out the Nuggets as the team that represents the West in the NBA final.<\/p>\n
