Giddey is dealing with a left hamstring strain<\/a>. Meanwhile, Buzelis is battling an illness. Given that Buzelis and Giddey are listed as out, they will not be playing. Both have been fixtures on the injury report, especially during the second half of the season.<\/p>\n

Beginning in late December, Giddey missed 11 games due to a left hamstring strain<\/a>. On April 1, Giddey didn’t play against the Indiana Pacers.<\/p>\n

In March, both Giddey and Buzelis sustained ankle injuries in the third quarter<\/a> in a 116-108 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. As a result, Buzelis missed the March 5 game against the Phoenix Suns. However, Buzelis has played 76 games, whereas Giddey has played 54.<\/p>\n

Both played on April 3 against the New York Knicks. Buzelis scored 11 points and grabbed six rebounds. Giddey scored 6 points, grabbed five rebounds, and dished out five assists. Ultimately, the Bulls lost 136-96.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Bulls are in the midst of a seven-game losing streak and are 29-49. Buzelis is averaging 16.3 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. Giddey is averaging 17.0 points, 9.1 assists, and 8.3 rebounds per game.<\/p>\n

So Matas Buzelis and Josh Giddey will not be playing tonight against the Wizards.<\/p>\n
