On Wednesday night, the Dallas Mavericks<\/a> will play the Phoenix Suns<\/a> (in Arizona).<\/p>\n

The Mavs are coming off a 116-103 loss to the LA Clippers<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Cooper Flagg<\/a> finished the game with 25 points, nine rebounds, two assists and one block while shooting 9\/25 from the field and 1\/3 from three-point range in 34 minutes of playing time.<\/p>\n

Before Wednesday\u2019s game, the Mavs announced that Flagg is on the injury report.<\/p>\n

That said, he is listed as probable, so he should be available.<\/p>\n

Flagg was the first pick in the 2025 NBA<\/a> Draft after an incredible freshman season at Duke.<\/p>\n

He is currently averaging 21.2 points, 6.6 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.2 steals per contest while shooting 47.1% from the field and 29.7% from three-point range in 67 games.<\/p>\n

The Mavs have had a tough season where they are the 13th seed in the Western Conference with a 25-54 record in 79 games.<\/p>\n

They have won two out of their last ten games (and are 10-28 on the road).<\/p>\n

After the Suns, the Mavs will play their next game on Friday when they visit the Spurs in San Antonio.<\/p>\n
